Mathematical Gazetteer of the British Isles

Lewis Fry Richardson was Principal of Paisley Technical College from 1929, living in the Principal's House. He continued his work in mathematical psychology but changed to war and peace studies in about 1935. In 1940, he retired, but was allowed to remain living in the Principal's House until 1943. Paisley Technical College is now part of the University of the West of Scotland.
