Dr E T Copson was elected co-editor of the Proceedings in place of Professor William Saddler who had resigned. The secretary was instructed to send a letter to Professor Saddler, thanking him for his services to the society and congratulating him upon his appointment to the chair of mathematics at Christchurch, New Zealand.

Mr H S Ruse was elected Honorary Secretary, in place of Dr Copson.

The meeting began at 6.15 p.m. and closed at 7.45 pm.
